Today I finally made a card using Mojo Monday's sketch 196 as long as the reverse masking technique used in PTI's make it Monday.
I got my inspiration from this cute little seed package:
I planted it last Friday and can't wait to see some of those cute patty squashes~~~
So I made a seed pocket from Papertrey Ink's according dies. Also there is a frame die so it made the negative mask so very easy..... I used the raspberry stamps from the fruitful set in the frame, which is my absolute favorite. The rest images were from PTI garden variety set. Actually I don't really love eating raspberries, but for some reason their images are just so cute to look at.
I'm quite happy with it, and I could use it as a gift card holder someday. But I didn't want to stop here yet, so I made the following card:
The sketch is just perfect and smart as usual and the finished card made me smile. Now I just wish PTI will design a vegetables stamp set one day, oh, just imaging the cute images of carrot, corn, tomato....... Gosh, I didn't ask too much, did I? :)
I saw your card posted for the PTI MIM challenge. I followed it to your blog. Your Have a Sweet Day seed packet is very nice! I like the rich color of the rasberries and the darker green frame. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely cards! The raspberries look real enough to eat.
ReplyDeleteAck LOVE those raspberries in the seed packet! I have always loved that image from Fruitful! SO GLAD I have both of these sets, they look awesome together!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I forgot how adorable the raspberry image from the Fruitful set is.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great choice for the reverse masking technique! Love your colors and combination of berries and seed packet! Thanks for sharing!
